No Bets Allowed November 26

Revelation 20:10

And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

I may not have all the answers, but this I know, we win in the end. A friend told me that professional wrestling was the only sport in Las Vegas that you can't bet on because the outcomes of the wrestling matches are pre-determined.

I don't see any bets being placed on the return of Jesus Christ either, and I guess you wouldn't want to be around to collect afterward.

Once, I was delivering to a record store, and I would have to go through this dark room to get to the back shop. I had had an experience once before that made me think there was a demon in that room.

On this trip, I heard a voice speak to me. It was so smooth, and it began to tell me that 'I had no future, I was a failure.' Suddenly, I pulled myself out of the thought and exclaimed, "I have no future? You're the one that's going to the lake of fire!" (Or something like that.)

Then I was overcome by this sense of sorrow and grief that wanted me to feel pity for it. Truthfully that kind of shocked me. But believe me, that same demon does not pity you.

We may not always win every battle we face in this life, or circumstances may not go the way we want, but we have a guarantee we win in the end.

God guarantees victory through Jesus.
