Why God Why? February 11

Romans 5:3-5

And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; And patience, experience; and experience, hope: And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.

You ever wonder why bad things just keep happening to you? Years ago, a prophetess told me "The reason God allows you to go through so much trouble, is that; When you pray for someone you won't have to say I think God can deliver you? You can say I know God will deliver you!" The following week I ran into people that would start telling me their problems and I would smile and say I know God can deliver you, because He delivered me from the exact same thing.

This is how you can Glory in Tribulations by giving your testimony of how God delivered you. You will see it after the trial is through, that you will have a little more understanding and more experience and with that experience it gives you hope for the trial you are currently going through. I know God has delivered me before, I’m sure He will do it again, that’s because each time you gain a little more trust in God.

If you put your Hope in God you will never be put to shame. And remember Love, that’s a gift the Holy Spirit brings when He moves into your heart. But Love requires exercise, exercise it by showing love to someone who you consider unlovable. Pretty soon you will see them for what God sees in them.
