Power Up January 3

1 Corinthians 3:16

Do you not know that you are God's temple and that God's Spirit dwells in you?

Everyone is familiar with this bible verse, even the most hardened criminals know it. You can be very assured that the devil knows it and he fears it. The last thing he wants all of us to know is the power that comes with understanding the filling if the Holy Spirit.

I’m amazed by the Holy Spirit, He holds back the evil of the enemy in this world. It’s hard to believe looking at current circumstances. But wait until after Jesus removes the Holy Spirit from the face of the earth during tribulation. Then you will see the true evil and what man kind is willing to do to one another.

The enemy fears the Holy Spirit, yet, He is so very gentle with His children. I know He is with me, He doesn’t condemn me, but He will convict me when I am wrong.

He will give me courage to face the enemy, the understanding in how to pray. There’s been times when every pore on my body could feel the presence of evil, but evil can’t stand the name of Jesus.

Proverbs 4:7 Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore, get wisdom; Yea, with all thy getting get understanding.

Please ask the Holy Spirit for understanding, I’m sure He’ll give it to you.
