Jesus only spoke what he heard the Father say and why would our Father say it like this? Couldn’t he just as easily have said, ‘But I with the power of God cast out devils?’
It’s comforting to know that Jesus used His words so carefully. Why did He choose the word finger instead of power?
The word ‘finger’ comes from the Greek word ‘daktulos’ which simply means finger, simple enough but this word is derived from the Greek word ‘deka’ which means ten, and ten is the number for completion.

The deliverance was completed by the finger of God, The Ten Commandments were completed by the finger of God.
And now Jesus is letting people know that when God puts His finger towards your healing, He is completing the work He began in you! People were not only healed but now they believed!
