How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publish peace; that bringeth good tidings of good, that publisheth salvation; that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth!
Have you ever watched one of those movies where they’re climbing a mountain with all this equipment? Their shoes are so important. At the lower altitudes, they use more of a rubber type boot or tennis shoe to climb the rocks. But when they get up higher they use crampons that are metal spikes you attach to your boots.
That equipment can be very expensive, and it should be, your life depends on it. Jesus knows the cost of this equipment for the Christian climber. That’s why he gave us the most valuable mountain climbing shoes the universe could possibly know.
And your feet shod with the preparation of the Gospel of Peace.
You can’t reach the summit without it. Seems like a simple statement to walk on the mountain tops until you’ve tried it.
Not long ago while in prayer one morning the Holy Spirit said to me, “Those gospel shoes you have on belong to Jesus.”
I thought, “Okay?” Needless to say, I thought about it all day. Later that night I told Judy what the Holy Spirit said to me and that I couldn’t get the full meaning of what He was trying to tell me. Judy said, “Why don’t you just ask for Him to explain it to you?” So, I did, immediately I saw a vision of Jesus walking and he lifted His robe and revealed to me His sandals.
Jesus is the Word, the gospel means, the Good News. When we tell others, that Jesus is Lord and He has a plan for their life:
For I know the Thoughts I think concerning you, said the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you the end that you wait for.
That publish salvation:
For whosoever shall call upon the Lord shall be saved.
After you have published salvation, you can look to Zion, this is a place, where Jesus had the last supper, a place of communion with the Lord, the upper room, a place of rest, and say: “Thy God Reigneth!”
You can reach it today.
He is: “El Moshaah”
“The God Who Saves”
