The Beauty of God

Psalm 90:17 And let the beauty of the Lord our God be upon us; and establish the work of our hands upon us; yea, the work of our hands establish thou it. Gosh, that’s all you can think when you read this verse, it’s pleasant and comforting. The word beauty originates from the Hebrew word no-am which means; agreeableness, delight, suitableness, splendor, grace, beauty or pleasantness. I spoke with my supervisor today and she told me how Thankful she was for her job, and that she knows that the Lord has placed her there so that she could support her family. She was letting God’s beauty, His pleasantness be upon her and her job, the work of her hands, it made me realize that I needed to be than

Ready to Forgive

Colossians 3:13 Put up with each other, and forgive anyone who does you wrong, just as Christ has forgiven you. Choice is such a great thing, but notice there is no choice when it comes to forgiveness. We seem to think that Jesus will understand why we didn’t forgive so & so. The sin of unforgiveness is weight that so easily entangles us, like a bird in the fowler’s net. A few times over the years I have had people say something like: ‘I’ll forgive them just as soon as they apologize.’ I prayed with someone the other day, the Holy Spirit said; “First comes forgiveness, then the apology.” This person was caught in the fowler’s trap of unforgiveness. A plan set up by the enemy to snare them.

Willing and Obedient

Isaiah 1:19 If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land: You’ve probably read this verse before, I know it seems so simple and, yet it takes the Holy Spirit to reveal the meaning behind it. You see this verse is totally about the Holy Spirit and you. Two key words Willing and Obedient but how? My life has taken a drastic change since I started following this life success scripture. Being willing, willing for what? Be willing to allow the Holy Spirit to speak to you, and through you. Many times, the Holy Spirit has asked me to give a prophetic word to someone or to do something for Him. Truthfully every time it takes a step of Faith to follow through with the request. Oft

You've Got a Friend

Psalm 34:6 ו This poor man cried out, and the LORD heard him and saved him out of all his troubles. I have the honor of working with some very poor people. Today I had a lady ask me to pray for her, recently she chose to dedicate her life to the Lord. I asked the Lord what He wanted me to tell her and He said, “Tell her everything will be alright, and expect an increased suddenly.” Wow! What a great word to lean on when things are going rough. But because she has dedicated her life to the Lord she has this to stand on as well, Psa 34:17 פ The righteous cried out, and the LORD heard and delivered them out of all their troubles. One of the cool things about a scripture like this is the fact
